CredGraph
CredGraph is the centrepiece technology backing the CredMap platform. CredGraph is composed of modules for CredScoring, CredRanking, and SourcePage layout and analytics.
The core algorithm has proprietary features of webcrawling, social media feed scanning, digital mentions logging, sentiment analysis, ‘fact nugget mining’, accuracy labelling and feedback clustering.
Weaving these different lenses together using a cross-loop human moderation process adds the secret sauce of CredMap’s breakthrough credibility measurement system, which in its alpha state is being iterated into the world’s most intuitive, and hence most advanced, ‘discourse-integrity’ visualisation engine.
If CredGraph succeeds, the world’s ability to navigate an increasingly dense and crowded cyberspace from one trusted node to the other should become much easier for everyone, thus reducing the frequency of encounters with misrepresentation, deliberate distortions, manipulations, fraud, hucksterism, dangerous demagoguery, bigotry dissemination, quackery, hate speech, and artifice.
A cleaner and safer cyberspace is today one of the most critical and urgent goals to be pursued by all those who see the defence and sanitation of the information commons constituted by, among others, the internet, media airwaves, and the popular press, as one of the greatest civic battles of the day.

CredMap believes that regulation and other top-down mechanisms shall hardly be adequate, much more sufficient, tools in this great campaign. All too often the powerful have limited interest in an information commons free from the coercive manipulations of vested interests and open to the robust clash of ideas and viewpoints. To seek to rely on powerful incumbents to grant such a commons to the world would be wishful thinking.
What CredMap offers is the chance for everyone to chip in to level the playing field so that the navigation of the vast stores of ideas and viewpoints is not unduly occluded by organised efforts of pollution and contamination.
CredMappers believe that social intercourse should hinge on the free and vibrant wishes of individuals and communities to explore the treasures of insights generated by the most fertile minds of the age, and the countless derivatives that individuals and communities extract.
